Summer rates are just $99 per night with a minimum of 1 week rental. Rates apply July, August, September 2011. Advance reservations only expires June 30, 2011.

Minimum Stay of 4 nights required.

This is a NON-SMOKING condo and absolutely NO PETS are allowed.
The condo accommodates a maximum of four people.

To keep our condo beautiful for your enjoyment, a cleaning fee of $30.00 is charged per reservation.

We also can provide you with a cleaning lady for only $25.00 per visit, washing and drying of sheets and towels are included. Personal laundry can be washed at nominal extra charge.
All reservations require a $200.00 security deposit, due 30 days before check-in.
